This beautiful Villa with pool Cordiality is located in a peaceful part of Hvar town on the island of Hvar in Dalmatia. Although this villa is just 80 meters from the beach and crystal clear sea it has it´s own private pool . The villa is just 1.5 km from town of Hvar, far enough to avoid crowds and noise, close enough for shopping and sightseeing.
Fenced by greenery and enhanced by lawn and trees, this villa has a pool of 24 square meters and a terrace covered by reeds, furnished by wooden table and chairs. Close to terrace there is a barbecue.
Villa with pool Cordialitys' ground floor consists of fully furnished kitchen, dining room and living room, furnished with modern wooden furniture, that exits to the terrace. In the living room you will find Sat-TV, Hi-Fi and DVD. There is also a separate toilet.
First floor has 2 double bedded bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms, one bathroom with shower and 2 remaining bathrooms with tubs.
Villa with pool Cordiality can accommodate 8 persons and is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Quiet neighborhood and private pool provide relaxation and near-by town of Hvar is full of historical and cultural sights that are worth exploring. Those who prefer active holidays can choose between sailing, parasailing, sea kayaking, rock climbing and diving, among many other sports and activities on offer.
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
During April and May the daily price also includes rent a car.
The 5% discount is not valid for the reservations from 01.04. to 31.05. 2018.
