Villa ''Magic View'' is located in Veprinac, a beautiful small city in vicinity of Opatija. The villa is 7 kilometres away from the sea and only 800 meters away from the city center. The newly-built villa has the capacity for all together 8 people and is a perfect choice for families with children who want to have maximum amount of privacy and peace during their vacation. The villa expands on three floors. In the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In a living room there is a TV-Sat and a comfy sofa. The dining room is part of the living room and is equipped with a spacious dining table for 8 people. A huge kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, cooking dishes and cutlery. The bathroom is consisted out of a toilet, shower cabine and a bidet. The first floor of the villa is consisted out of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower cabine an a balcony. In both of the bedrooms there is an air conditioning device and a double bed with the dimensions of 16x200 and 140x200 centimeters. The spacious balcony equipped with external furniture offers an amazing view on the region of Kvarner. In the attic of the villa there is a bedroom with a double bed (size 140x200 cm) and one single bed (size 90x200 cm). Further more, in the attic there is also kitchen with dining area and a living room and a terrace. In a living room there is a comfy sofa with dimensions of 120x200 cm that can be used as an extra bed. As a part of the villa there is also an external swimming pool that can be used during summer months, but also during the rest of the year if the weather is nice. The spacious external area around the swimming pool is equipped with an external furniture, deckchairs and sun umbrellas and will for sure entertain you and your family! Except that you can have so much fun in the pool, it's also a great way for refreshement during the warmest summer days when temperatures get really high.
The villa is equipped with many air conditioning devices who will cool out the villa during summer and keep it warm during winter. The villa has the Internet access (included in price). If requested, there is a possibility for pets (probability of some extra payment). Villa offers a private parking spot.
In a vicinity of the villa there are many activities and attractions that would make your vacation completely fullfilled. Vila is only 1 km away from Opatija, one of the most famous and visited tourist destinations in Croatia. Opatija offers a varietly of cultural-historical monuments and local restaurant where you can try some traditional delicacies. If you want to spend your time doing something active, in Opatija you can also go surfing, sailing, biking and hiking.
