Villa ''Diana'' is located in the downtown center of Sumartin, a small tourist place on the island of Brač. The villa is built in a traditional Dalmatian style and is only five meters away from the sea! It was renovated in 2009 and has a capacity for all together ten people. It is a perfect choice for families with children or groups of friends because of it's spaciousness and vicinity of the beach and the city center. Villa, with the surface of 150 sqm is located on two floors. In the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen with dining room, living room, three bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances, dishes and cutlery. The living room with dining room has an access to the covered terrace, which is equipped with external furniture and offers a wonderful sea view. Bedrooms are equipped with double bed, and the bathrooms with tub. The ground floor and the first floor of the house are connected trough inner stairs. On the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom.
The external area with swimming pool (25 sqm) is decorated with sun loungers and garden furniture and offers a big sea view.
The villa has an Internet access and it is equipped with TV-Sat, air conditioning device and home cinema. It is located on a private property with the surface of 447 sqm which is decorated with different Mediterranean plants and flowers.
Pets are not allowed.
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
During April and May the daily price also includes rent a car.
The 5% discount is not valid for the reservations from 01.04. to 31.05. 2018.
Baby feeding chair and baby cot available on request.
The price in the period 01.01. - 08.06 i 08.09. - 31.12. includes transfer Supetar - villa - Supetar and a welcome drink.
Maintaining the garden and the swimming pool is included in price.
Finishing cleaning is also included in price, and the cost for an additional cleaning is 80 €.
Sojourn tax not included in price.
Shorter staying (3 nights minimum) possible in the period 01.01. – 08.06. and 08.09. – 31.12.2018.
