The holiday house ''Marco'' is located in Premantura, on the south of Istria. The house is around 700 meters away from the sea and 10 kilometers away from the city of Pula. This newly arranged Istrian holiday house, located on the ground floor, has a capacity for all together four people. It has a surface of 60 sqm, simple rooms order and rustically arranged interier. The spacious outdoor area consists out of fenced yard (equipped with garden furniture and barbecue) and a garden fullfilled with Mediterranean plants, flowers and natural greenery. There is also one parking spot. The holiday home ''Marco'' has one double bedroom (with a double bed), living room (equipped with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for two people, dining table for four people, flat screen TV-Sat, air conditioning device and heating), kitchen (equipped with gas cooker, oven, hood, microwawe, fridge with a freezer, coffee machine and kettle) and a bathroom with tub (washingmachine). The house has an Internet access, TV-Sat and air conditioning device (included in price). Pets are allowed and more than welcome.
