Njivice is situated on the beautiful Croatian isle of Krk which lies in the stunning Kvarner Bay. Krk is the largest island in the Adriatic and Njivice, which nestles on its North West coastline is its newest built town/village. Originally a small fishing village, tourism has become more and more important to the town and visitors have been enjoying the delights of Njivice since its first hotel was built in 1930. Now one of the bigger centres of tourism on the island of Krk, Njivice offers visitors of all ages and tastes a holiday they will remember forever. Njivice is famed for its beautiful beaches and promenade. The beaches closest to town are accessed easily and are a mixture of sand pebble and stone, but for those willing to wander further from the centre of town can explore an array of sandy beaches and hidden coves where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, soak up the sun’s rays and swim in the stunning blue waters of the Adriatic. For those who like to enjoy the sea and sun uninhibited by clothes, the beach near Njivice campsite is a nudist beach and is popular throughout the summer. If your idea of relaxation is flexing your credit card, you are well catered for in Njivice.
