Are you in a search of a perfect holiday house for your dream summer vacation on the island of Krk? We are presenting you the holiday home ''Great Escape'' located in a small settlement Linardići on the west side of the island. The family house is located on a private property with the surface of 1400 sqm decorated with greenery and beautiful mediterranean plants. The house holds all together four accomodations units, each with it's own entrance that can be booked together - as a whole house. There are two apartments which both can accomodate four people, and two studio apartments - one of them has a capacity for two, and the other one for three persons. Since the house can comfortably accomodate all together 13 persons, it is the abosolute perfect choice for two (or more) families with children or groups of friends. It is 1200 meters away from the sea and beautiful pebble beaches, and it will only take you a short amount of time, around five minutes, to get to downtown center Malinska - a well-known tourist point on the island, filled with activities. Each of the units is equipped with an air conditioning device, TV-Sat, WiFi, they all have a spacious terrace and some of them even offer a sea view. All of the apartments have a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and in the studio apartments the sleeping area (also equipped with a double bed) is located in a common room all together with kitchen and living room. 
In the spacious backyard of the house there is a huge garden terrace, barbecue, prefabricated swimming pool and some kids' toys. The best place to relax, enjoy, have fun and create new, unforgettable memories with family members and friends.

No pets allowed.
The house is located in a peaceful surrounding so you can spend an unbothered and calm, relaxing summer time.

The house owners live in the ground floor with a separated entrance.

Malinska

Malinska is situated on the Western coast of the beautiful island of Krk which ensures that it is sheltered from some of the more blustery winds of the Adriatic. Compared to the dramatic scenery of some of Croatia’s other holiday resorts, Malinska is blessed with a relatively flat landscape, full of beautiful woodland areas as well as having some of the best beaches that the Adriatic has to offer. Malinska first came to prominence in the 1700s, when the port itself was first built. But it was the arrival of the town’s first steamboat that saw it begin its rise to become one of Croatia’s finest seaside resort with visitors who may have before holidayed in the beautiful Opatija being enchanted by the stunning scenery of Malinska. Today Malinska is a modern European resort and tourism plays the major role in its economy. The beautiful beaches are a big draw to tourists, and whilst there are busy areas in front of some of the town’s most popular tavernas and bars, a short walk will lead you to the quirer areas where you can enjoy the golden sands in peace and quiet whilst gazing out at the beautiful Adriatic.
