Holiday house with pool Harmony is located in the bay Makarac close to Milna settlement on the island of Brač. Situated far from noise and crowds and surrounded by beautiful nature, it is just 115 m away from the beach. Holiday house with pool Harmony can accommodate 8 persons and is perfect for families with children, wanting to relax in peace and quiet. Large covered terrace, located close to pool and barbecue, has outdoor kitchen and garden furniture. Close to the pool there is also outdoor shower. Ground floor holds fully furnished kitchen with dining room for 8 persons and living room that has Sat-TV, home cinema and 2 air-conditioning units. Living room exits on the covered terrace near the pool. One single bedded bedroom and a bathroom are also on ground floor as well as separate toilet that has washing machine. Elegant indoor staircase leads to the first floor where you will find 3 double bedded bedrooms with their en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms exit on the balcony with partial view of the sea. The balcony is furnished with garden furniture. Holiday house with pool Harmony has 4 parking spots. Shops, restaurants and other amenities are 2.6 km away, reachable by macadam (dirt) road. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
During April and May the daily price also includes rent a car.
The 5% discount is not valid for the reservations from 01.04. to 31.05. 2018.

Baby feeding chair and baby cot available on request.
The price in the period 01.01. - 08.06 i 08.09. - 31.12. includes transfer Supetar - villa - Supetar and a welcome drink.
Maintaining the garden and the swimming pool is included in price.
Finishing cleaning is also included in price, and the cost for an additional cleaning is 80 €.
Sojourn tax is included in price.
Shorter staying (3 nights minimum) possible in the period 01.01. – 08.06. and 08.09. – 31.12.2018.

Milna

Milna is the biggest settlement on the western side of the island of Brač. The area of Milna started developing during 17th century, and presented the main harbour of Brač until the  middle of 20th century. With a bit over 1000 inhabitants, Milna is a tourist settlement which base for tourism are natural beauties and good connections with the city of Split. The settlement is connected with Split with a catamaran, and in Supetar, a settlement located 20 kilometers from Milna there is also a ferry harbour. Almost every inhabitant offers some kind of tourist services, so the settlement is fullfilled with holiday apartments and luxuriously arranged villas. Another activity is olive growing and producing olive oil and other products. In the settlement, the locals have a very specific way of speaking and pronouncing words, different from the rest of Croatia. From the historical monuments you can visit many Baroque churches and monasteries. Milna is a perfect destination for everyone who want to spend a relaxing vacation in peace and seclusion. However, if you prefer an active kind of summer time, just across the sea, in the world wide known city of Split you will find variety of activities and attractions that will make your vacation an unforgettable one.
