Modernly arranged villa with an outdoor pool is located in the place of Podstrana, a well-known turistic spot in a vicinity of the worlwide famous city of Split. From the local pebbly beach is distanced only 160m. The villa offers a view on the city of Split itself and also on some of the Dalmatia's most beautiful Islands.
Luxuriously arranged villa with pool will amaze you with it's modern internal and external design. With the capacity for 9-10 people the villa is a perfect choice for all of those who want to experience an unforgettable vacation that they'll talk about to their frends for a long long time. The villa is consisted out of three double and one triple bedroom, 4 bathrooms, completely equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, an spacious external area with pool and an exercising room. As a part of the villa there is also a room with a table tennis, table soccer, picado and many other games that will be an endless way of having fun for you and your family. In the working-out room there are many machines that will help you stay in shape even during your vacation such as treadmill, boxing bag, pillates room and many others. The villa is equipped with nine air conditioning devices in total, and that's a guarantee that you won't feel the massive heat not even in the hottest summer days. The spacious external area with the swimming pool and deckchairs is a place where you and your family will have the biggest amount of fun. The pool has dimensions of 9x4 m and an automatic cleaning system.
If you want to spend your vacation in some more active rhytm, in the vicinity of the villa there are many activities and attractions that you could be doing during your staying in the villa. Nearby there are many restaurants, caffe bars, casinos and night clubs if you are looing for that kind of fun. Visiting a National Park Krka or the historical core of the city of Trogir would for sure make your vacation richer for another unforgettable experience.

Split

Split is the biggest city in the Dalmatia region and the second biggest city in the whole of Croatia. Lying on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, it is one of the most exciting and exuberant cities in Europe and is a fantastic place to spend your holiday. Split is one of the oldest cities in this part of Europe and is thought to be nearly 2000 years old judging by the archaeological evidence on offer. Split’s history begins in earnest in 305D when the construction of Diocletian’s Palace began, becoming a major Roman settlement in 650 AD when it took over from Salona as the Roman capital of the Dalmatia region. Diocletian’s Palace is still in existence and it is one of the most imposing Roman ruins you will find in existence today. Despite being called a palace, is more like a fortress and it will truly take your breath away the first time that you see it. Whilst staying in Split, it is one thing that you simply have to visit. Once you’ve had your fill of the many historical and cultural sites that are on offer in the beautiful city of Split, it’s great to hit the shops. Split certainly doesn’t disappoint in this department, and has something for everyone, with dazzling designer stores through to amazing artisan and craft shops showcasing the best of Croatian goods. It is especially good if you’re not a fan of deep water. The sea is very shallow close to the shore and you have to walk out 50m before it is deep enough to swim. Other popular beaches in Split are Ovčice, Firule and Trstenik.
