Family house „Iris“ in Starigrad-Paklenica is situated 300 meters from the town's center and only 70 meters from the pebbly beaches. Main features of the house location are the quiet surrounding, sea view and vicinity of the beaches and the National park Paklenica. House „Iris“ is placed on the open lot decorated with greenery and mediterranean plants. House has four apartments, each with it's parking spot that are placed on the unroofed lot without fence. There is a barbecue outside the house at one's disposal. The landlord lives in the same house with the separate entrance. Apartment „Iris“ in Starigrad-Paklenica is placed on the second floor with the entrance via external stairs of the house. The apartment consist of two units, each with it's own entrance. The apartment has a surface area of 100 sqm, capacity for 6 - 8 persons, functional layout and modernly furnished interior. With the capacity of six main and two additional beds, apartment is ideal for two families or smaller group. First unit consists of one double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer), dining area with table for six, living room (furnished with pull-out sofa that can be turned into an additional bed, flat screen TV-Sat) bathroom with a walk in shower and terrace with a sea view (equipped with garden furniture). Second unit consists of two double bedded rooms, small kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with 1 flat screen TV-Sat and Wi-Fi (included in the price).

Starigrad Paklenica

Starigrad Paklenica is a town in northern Dalmatia, situated at the foot of the Velebit mountain, the tallest and most massive mountain range in Croatia. The biggest city in the area is Zadar, which is located 40 km away. Starigrad shares its name with a town on the island of Hvar, but to distinguish the two, it is often called Starigrad Paklenica, after the Paklenica National Park located above the town, on the southern slopes of the Velebit mountain. In the past, the locals based the economy on cattle breeding and agriculture. Nowadays, tourism is almost completely dominant in the economy of Starigrad Paklenica. The town has great predispositions for development of special types of tourism, especially rural, adventure and sports tourism. The clean and unpolluted environment provides many possibilities for ecological farming, which would incentivise the development of olive cultivation, fruit and vegetable growing, cattle breeding, beekeeping, fisheries and mariculture.
