HOW TO BOOK
1. Add to MY WISHLIST
When browsing our site
you can add your accommodation to MY WISHLIST. By clicking on the
link MY WISHLIST, the requested accomodation units are automatically
added to the cart MY WISHLIST.
2. Request sending
The list of
accommodation units that are located in the cart MY WISHLIST, you
can view and edit by clicking on the link. When you want to send an
inquiry for a particular unit, please fill out the registration form
and click on the link SEND. By sending of an inquiry, the cart MY
WISHLIST will empty and a confirmation of inquiry sending will be
sent to your in the registration specified e-mail adress.
3. Confirmation of your
request
After the availibility
check of the accommodation you will receive in the shortest possible
time (24 - 48 hours) our confirmation or an alternative offer if the
accommodation is no longer available, by which you can log in and
make a reservation and pay the advance towards the following
dynamics of payment:
4. Advanced payment
The terms for the
advance payment will be printed on the voucher.
With the advance payment
towards the voucher (for private accommodation typically 25% of the
total amount, unless special conditions) you will ensure the
reservation of the selected services. After the receivment of the
confirmation of payment, you will receive a voucher indicating the
paid amount and all necessary information and instructions for your
arrival, which will also serve on arrival as proof of a reservation.
After the advance payment you have to do only another thing:
5. Rest payment
The payment of the rest
of the amount (typically 75% for private accommodation) ensure the
execution of selected services. After the execution of the rest
payment, you get the definitive bill. The rest payment terms are not
longer than 30 days before the arrival or directly at the arrival in
the tourist agency

6. Reservation fee
The amount of the
reservation fee is € 15,00 and it's automatically added to the
accomodation price calculation on our web site.
